JULY 13–17
Online class! What do you want to say? Create your own fantastically illustrated and self-written story. You’ll learn the tools of the trade—how to illustrate an idea, choose a fitting style, and draw things you don’t know how to draw—and learn the basics of plot, character, and setting, all using juicy language. At the end of the week, you’ll have your own comic and story book.
Students will spend the mornings with a writer from Writers & Books and the afternoons with an artist from the Creative Workshop. There will be a one-hour break for lunch. A ZOOM link will be sent with the week before the class starts.
