Florence, the most important city in Tuscany is the birthplace of the Renaissance. The city that for hundreds of years nurtured an unceasing succession of great artists and thinkers. 

 

Join long time Florence resident and Art Historian Elaine Ruffolo for a virtual investigation into the art and history of Florence beginning at the dawn of the Renaissance and ending with the Medici dukes. From her home in Florence, Elaine will share engaging stories of the famous artists and their art.
