Kwanzaa Celebration of Ujima (Collective Work and Responsibility)

Immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of our Kwanzaa Celebration of Ujima! Celebrated on the third day of Kwanzaa, Ujima is a principle that emphasizes the importance of collective work and responsibility within the community. Enjoy free museum admission and join us as we celebrate together and embrace music, art, culture, community, and more. The Kwanzaa Celebration of Ujima (Collective Work & Responsibility) program and activities will run from 12 – 3:30 pm.

Celebration Series offers Rochester area families and community members the opportunity to learn more about specific cultures, communities, and events through performances, presentations, art & crafts, and more. Celebration Series is sponsored by the MAG Council, with additional support from the Robert and Madeleine S. Heilbrunn Memorial Fund.
