About the Class

Tuesdays
July 29–September 2
Age: 18+

For returning students. You’re ready for this class when you can throw a cylinder, bowl, and plate. Learn how to attach handles and throw larger vessels, lids, platters, and altered forms. Discover your favorite clay bodies and glaze combinations. Your instructor will provide demonstrations and individualized instruction.

Prerequisite: Instructor approval.

Materials Needed

Students will need to purchase clay for their own use. Clay in different varieties is available for purchase at the Creative Workshop for $20.00 for a 25lb bag. Valid payment methods include: Credit, debit and check.

Glazings and firings and including in the price of the class.

After registering, you will receive an email with your receipt, confirming your registration for the class.

Online registration ends 48 hours before the class starts. Classes with inadequate enrollment are cancelled one week before the first meeting of the class. We will attempt to contact you via email to find an alternative class or to refund your registration fee. View MAG’s refund policy here.
