Especially for Educators - Determined to Be: The Sculpture of John Rhoden
About the Program
Discover the creativity of one of the most prolific sculptors of the twentieth century through the exhibition Determined to Be: The Sculpture of John Rhoden. Using Artful Thinking Routines, we will discuss Rhoden’s “ahead-of-his-time” style and sculptural sensibility shaped by his extensive world travels and breadth of visual influences. This workshop will also include a creative activity guided by a Teaching Artist.
Participants will earn 2.5 CTLE credit hours upon completion of this workshop and light refreshments will be provided. (Same workshop will be offered on Saturday, April 18.)
