Refunds and Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you contact canderson@mag.rochester.edu as soon as possible to allow us time to offer the spot to another participant. An accurate count also helps us ensure our spaces and activities are set up accordingly and we appreciate your help with this. In the event that MAG needs to cancel we will attempt to contact you by email. We advise all visitors to check our website before visiting.
