About the Event
Josef Albers is often referred to as the father of color theory. On this MAGsocial DeTOUR℠, we will be joined by Museum Educator Kevin Carr as we combine Albers' color theory, optical illusions, perception, and emotional responses and how they relate to art, specifically to the works in Composing Color: Paintings by Alma Thomas. Learn how certain colors interact with each other and how best to use them in your own art appreciation and creative endeavors!
