Age: Adults 18+
This class is geared towards those who want to explore creating a business with their art either as a side-hustle or full-time gig. You will learn what is necessary to create an on-line-presence. We will discuss elements of a successful website, what to include, what not to include and the importance of “Story Telling”. We will also discuss the importance of building an email list, how to create lead magnets (aka Freebies) and ways to stay connected with your audience. The class is 2 hours and will be a blend of lecture, writing exercises, brainstorming and group discussions.
Art Starts are designed as fun, one-time workshops featuring mini, introductory lessons in art making with the guided help of one of our teaching artists. All materials, encouragement and inspiration are included.
